After a day on the beach, retire back to the cosy lounge and throw some logs on the woodburner before enjoying a movie night on the huge, wall-mounted smart TV. Your designated chef will love the super-stylish, modern kitchen, which features a whole host of fantastic amenities and some beautiful dark charcoal units. Sit with a chilled glass of wine up the breakfast bar as you watch your loved one chopping away.
Then, once dinner’s ready, gather round the ornate, rustic dining table and enjoy meals that stretch long into the night. Or if the weather’s warm, dine alfresco in the pretty garden on the patio.
The garden also features a BBQ, which is perfect for grilling up some fresh Cornish produce and local seafood to be enjoyed in the summer sunshine.
Back inside and the house sleeps eight guests in three bedrooms, with two taking the double sofa bed in the lounge. The bedrooms are all spacious king size rooms, offering huge super-comfy beds and big luxury bedding. The ground floor also features the family bathroom that has a bath over the shower. This is a wonderful spot for a relaxing soak after a day walking the nearby cliffs. The master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and provides fabulous sea views.
Beach lovers will adore Newquay. It is home to a few absolutely beautiful beaches and some cracking surfing opportunities. Fistral Beach is a popular surf spot and Watergate Bay is particularly good for anyone after stunning views and coastal walks. Families will enjoy a day out at Newquay Zoo or Blue Reef Aquarium, while foodies can indulge in local seafood dishes at one of many restaurants in town. There are also some cracking pubs on offer!

The house is right in the centre of town so benefits from being surrounded by all the local amenities you could need. This includes a wide selection of cafes, bars, restaurants, surf shops, convenience stores - the list goes on!
