This newly refurbished modern property in central Newquay is well-equipped with everything you could need for a trip to the UK's surfing capital. Sleeps up to 8 with 3 spacious king bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the lounge. On the ground floor is a family bathroom with bath/shower. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower & toilet. Master bedroom has beautiful sea views. The open-plan kitchen, dining & living area. Parking for 3 cars available.

Protea House (Sleeps 8 - 10)
This Modern house in central NQY is well-equipped with everything you could need for a trip to the UK's surfing capital. Sleeps up to 10 with a spacious king room, 2 double rooms, a twin room and a sofa bed in the lounge. The all open-plan kitchen, dining & living area is kitted out with all the mod cons, including coffee machine, dishwasher & smart TV. Outside is a secluded patio with seating which gets good sunlight. There is also a BBQ available from May to Oct.The location couldn't be better

A dog’s dream
All our houses are dog friendly with private, enclosed gardens. There are several beautiful walks through town, beaches and local area, which you can explore with your dog. After a big day out, come back to your house, dry those paws and curl up by the fire. It’s a dog’s dream!

"This was an absolutely amazing stay for our family and our little dog. We felt right at home and our gracious hosts were very responsive and flexible with check- in. The house is located right in the centre of everything and the closest beach is about 3 mins walk, it was perfect. Would most definitely recommend and would stay again."

"Bernhard and Briony were amazing hosts, the communication was excellent and the property was really well equipped in a perfect location with ample parking for our big van. The garden is 100% dog and child secure which was a huge relief as our little puppy would have found a way out if she could! We arrived to milk and some treats which was a lovely touch. We just wished we had stayed longer!"
